Job Description

We're looking for a Parking Analyst to join a large property management and real estate development company in downtown Austin. TX. This role will be working with the Asset Management that portfolio includes mixed-use assets — restaurants, retail, gyms, and commercial tenants — each anchored by parking structures that are among the top revenue generators across the platform. You'll help us analyze performance, manage operators, conduct site surveys, and drive value-add strategies. This is a highly analytical role with real variety: part financial modeling, part project management, part field work. Conduct ongoing financial analysis and reporting for parking assets across the portfolio Build and maintain Excel-based reports on parking revenue; identify trends and opportunities Perform site surveys, evaluate asset performance, and deliver actionable recommendations Support the development and rollout of pilot technologies to advance the parking platform Present findings and areas of opportunity to internal stakeholders across Asset Management, Leasing, and Investments What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, economics, business, or a related field At least 6 months' experience in real estate, financial services, or consulting — internship experience in data or financial analysis counts Strong Excel skills; experience with financial or economic modeling a plus Organized self-starter who can manage multiple projects and follow through independently Strong written communication skills and a professional presence This role is fully onsite and a long term temporary position $32-35/hr Looking to hire ASAP! Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
