The role offers broad exposure across investment evaluation, financial analysis, business development initiatives, portfolio support, and strategic projects. Given the lean nature of the organization, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work directly with senior leadership and take on meaningful responsibilities from day one.

Responsibilities may include:

Supporting transaction and investment-related initiatives Financial modeling, analysis, and due diligence projects Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes Working on strategic growth and operational improvement initiatives Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across a variety of projects Contributing to special situations and ad hoc initiatives as the business evolves

Ideal Background:

Experience in Transaction Advisory Services (TAS), Corporate Development, Accounting, FP&A, Investment Banking, Consulting, or a related field Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Comfortable wearing multiple hats and navigating ambiguity Self-starter with a high level of intellectual curiosity and ownership mentality
