Job Description
Wealth AdvisorPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Wealth Advisor to deliver comprehensive financial advice and personalized wealth management solutions to high-net-worth and near-high-net-worth clients. The Wealth Advisor will build and deepen client relationships, develop tailored financial plans and investment strategies, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and contribute to business development and client retention goals. This opportunity is for Advisors who are excited about challenging themselves to grow.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver comprehensive financial plans addressing investments, retirement, tax planning, estate planning, insurance and cash flow management.
Provide ongoing portfolio management and investment advice aligned with client objectives, risk tolerance and time horizon.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular reviews, proactive communication and exceptional service.
Conduct client meetings to assess goals, update plans, and present recommendations and performance reports.
Coordinate with internal specialists and external professionals to implement holistic solutions.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and targeted prospecting to grow assets under management.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and firm policies; prepare and maintain accurate client documentation and suitability records.
Monitor market conditions, investment performance and client accounts; recommend portfolio adjustments as needed.
Mentor junior advisors and contribute to practice management, including client segmentation, pricing and service models.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business or related field; advanced degree a plus.
Series 65 or Series 66 registration, or interest in obtaining.
Experience in wealth management, financial planning or investment advisory roles, with a proven track record working with high-net-worth clients.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills; ability to build trust and explain complex concepts clearly.
High ethical standards, fiduciary mindset and commitment to client-first advice.
Proficiency with financial planning software, portfolio management platforms and CRM systems.
Ability to pass background checks and meet firm and regulatory compliance requirements.
