Job description Get out of the classroom and into the exciting world of commercial real estate investment! Skywalker Property Partners is looking for an ambitious intern to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to get real-world experience and learn alongside accomplished business leaders.
The Company:
Skywalker Property Partners is an entrepreneurial commercial real estate investor focusing on investment within the Office, Industrial, Flex and Retail market segments. Our expertise lies in sourcing value-add properties in Texas and the southwest and bringing the expertise and resources to execute project repositions.

Key Activities:
  • Use Excel to perform complex financial modeling for potential acquisitions
  • Assist in preparing investment packages
  • Assist with due diligence on prospective acquisitions
  • Prepare Letters of Intent for acquisitions opportunities
  • Prepare and update internal valuations and projections for owned assets
  • Collect and record market data
Requirements:
  • Upper-level coursework in Finance, preferably with a real estate emphasis
  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Excel for financial analysis
  • Successful completion of a case study to assess current abilities
  • 15-20 hours per week
