Job Description

Our Retirement Plan Advisor (RPA) is responsible for working closely with 401k Plan Participants in the areas of investment management, financial planning, and general client support. Our RPA will work closely with various large custodial institutions, plan sponsors, and plan participants (employees) to provide primary day-to-day support, relationship building, and help families build long-term personal wealth with straightforward solutions. Our RPA will also work closely with experienced internal professionals and gather valuable practical training in investments, financial planning, and professional wealth management. Success in this role will require skills in project management, accuracy, timeliness, strict attention to detail, along with the ability to propose realistic and innovative "real world" solutions for our clients. While we evaluate applicants in many ways, a competitive applicant must have: A minimum of three years' experience working directly on employer sponsored retirement plans and assisting plan participants (employees) Extensive working knowledge of both defined contribution and defined benefit retirement plans Positive attitude, competitive spirit, and intellectual curiosity A strong desire to advance in our organization over the long-term Additional characteristics of a competitive applicant: A CFP or other financial planning designation Relevant experience managing investments or serving mass-affluent investors, directly Compensation varies depending on the applicant, but includes a competitive base salary, incentive opportunities, and retirement benefits to eligible employees.
