We have been in business since 2007 and specialize in retirement planning, investment management and business planning. We are seeking an experienced Wealth Advisor who is passionate about helping clients make informed financial decisions while building lasting relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for an advisor who enjoys working with an established client base, values a fiduciary approach, and wants a long-term career path within a growing RIA.

Compensation:
$85,000-$95,000 Base Salary +

Company Match, Paid Time-Off Schedule:
Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM-4:00 PM What You'll Do Service our existing client-base Conduct financial planning and investment review meetings Collaborate with senior advisors to deliver comprehensive planning solutions Develop financial plans and customized recommendations using eMoney and other planning tools Present planning strategies and investment recommendations to clients Conduct case specific research Coordinate trading activities and client service tasks Maintain compliance and documentation standards Support client education initiatives, seminars, webinars, and marketing efforts What We're Looking For 5+ years of client-facing financial planning or wealth management experience At least 7 years relevant experience in the financial industry CFP® designation preferred Series 65 required if CFP® designation is not held Life & Health Insurance License required Bachelor's degree required Strong knowledge of financial planning, investments, retirement planning, insurance, and wealth management strategies Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and engaging manner Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Commitment to fiduciary standards and putting clients first Why Join Strittmatter Wealth Management Group Defined long-term career growth path Competitive salary plus performance-based bonus opportunities Comprehensive benefits package 401(k) with company match Professional, collaborative, and team-oriented culture
