About the Transformation Team Bristow's Transformation Team focuses on preparing the company for the next generation of aviation services. The team evaluates new technologies, operating models, and market opportunities, and develops practical pathways to integrate them into Bristow's global operations. This includes assessing investment opportunities, building business cases, and designing operational and financial frameworks that support disciplined growth. Your Role The Transformation Team is seeking an undergraduate finance intern to support financial modeling and strategic analysis tied to real-world business initiatives. This role provides hands-on experience building and refining financial models and supporting decision-making frameworks used to evaluate growth and investment opportunities. The position is well-suited for students interested in applied corporate finance and real-world business decision support rather than purely academic modeling. Responsibilities Assist in building and refining pro forma financial models, including income statement and cash flow projections Support scenario and sensitivity analysis to evaluate business and investment outcomes Help develop and document financial frameworks supporting strategic and operational decisions Organize and structure data used in modeling and analysis Translate financial outputs into clear, decision-ready summaries Qualifications Current undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field Prior coursework involving financial modeling or valuation Strong Excel skills Working understanding of core finance concepts such as cash flow, NPV, IRR, and breakeven analysis Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail Ability to work with incomplete information and evolving assumptions Strong communication and organizational skills Preferred (Not Required) Familiarity with scenario analysis Experience preparing analytical summaries or presentations Interest in technology, aviation, and/or electrification of transportation Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) in analytical or academic work What You'll Gain Hands-on experience building models used in real strategic decisions Exposure to executive-level financial decision-making Direct mentorship and feedback on analytical and modeling work Strong preparation for careers in corporate finance, consulting, or investment roles Application Instructions Please submit a résumé (including an unofficial transcript) and a brief note describing your interest in financial modeling or analytical work.
