From Associate Trainee to Vice President Our LC Elite Program is a proven 2‑year management track designed to accelerate your professional development. After completing the foundational Associate Trainee phase, you'll have the opportunity to enter this elite track—advancing to Junior Associate , progressing into Wealth Management Associate , and ultimately positioning yourself to become a Vice President within the firm.
