Job Description
Job Summary Under general supervision of the Insurance Authorization Supervisor, performs clerical and general office work of moderately difficulty, assisting patients and guarantors with insurance questions, and works hospital and office procedures pre-certification. Performs duties of obtaining authorizations, referrals, account payment questions and collections for services. Qualifications Education Preferred High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
