$75,000-$100,000 all-in, depending on experience, licensing, and designation level. Compensation includes base salary, a designation-based bump to base, and a quarterly bonus tied to firm revenue. About the Role Tencap Wealth Coaching is hiring a Financial Advisor for a growing wealth RIA. This is a planning heavy role with established firm clients, not a business development role. This role is designed for someone who has spent the last 2-4 years supporting a lead advisor and is ready to take the next step toward becoming a Lead Advisor . The goal is to provide training and observation, and promote the right candidate into a Lead Advisor role within the first year. You will support client meetings, prepare planning work, handle follow-up, and gradually take ownership of firm-assigned client relationships. More experienced candidates may lead select client meetings and deliver advice with appropriate firm oversight. What You'll Do Prepare client meeting agendas, notes, planning materials, and follow-up items Attend and support advisor-led client meetings Draft client follow-up emails, summaries, and recommendations Support retirement, tax-aware, investment, estate, and cash-flow planning Handle planning complexity for clients with approximately $100,000-$500,000 in AUM Coordinate with advisors, CSAs, custodians, CPAs, attorneys, and other professionals Take increasing ownership over assigned client relationships Who We're Looking For College degree required CFP®, Series 65, or Series 66 preferred 2-4+ years of experience as an associate advisor, financial planner, or advisor support professional within an RIA or wealth management firm Strong written and verbal communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow through without constant oversight Comfortable supporting client meetings and identifying planning opportunities Interested in building a long-term advisory career Candidates at the top end of the compensation range should be able to develop and deliver advice independently with appropriate firm oversight.
