- Full-time Orthodontic Insurance Coordinator We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Orthodontic Insurance Coordinator to join our growing orthodontic team.
Responsibilities:
Verify and explain orthodontic insurance benefits Submit and track insurance claims and appeals Manage accounts receivable and outstanding insurance balances Communicate with insurance companies regarding claim status and benefits Assist patients with financial arrangements and insurance questions Maintain accurate patient and insurance recordsAnswering Phones Scheduling Appointments Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of orthodontic insurance experience (required) Knowledge of orthodontic billing and insurance processes Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience with orthodontic practice management software preferred We are looking for a dependable team player who is passionate about providing excellent patient service and helping families navigate their orthodontic benefits.
