At Konvex Wealth, we are committed to delivering personalized solutions and fostering long-lasting relationships. Role Description This is a full time, on site position located in Gig Harbor, WA. This role is ideal for an advisor who is relationship driven, growth minded, and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience. The right candidate will bring an existing book of business and a desire to expand within a collaborative, high-performing environment. Key Responsibilities Gather detailed financial information to deeply understand clients' needs, priorities, and concerns Develop personalized, comprehensive strategies aligned with clients' long-term goals Meet with clients regularly to track progress, uncover additional assets, address emerging concerns, and adjust strategies as needed Research portfolio performance, fees, asset allocation, and investment changes; present recommendations to clients Counsel clients on appropriate investment advisory services and insurance solutions Conduct research and due diligence to support suitable investment recommendations Collaborate with senior advisors and the branch team to support business planning and growth initiatives Cultivate relationships within the community to generate referrals and new business What We're Looking For Professional presence with strong verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Strong ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality Relationship-driven with a client-first mindset Self-motivated and growth-oriented Collaborative team player with an entrepreneurial spirit Preferred Qualifications Existing book of business Series 65 WA State Life & Health insurance license Financial services experience Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $70,000 - $125,000 DOE Performance-based incentive opportunities Unlimited paid time off Health and dental benefits 401(k) plan Professional development support Background verification and registration requirements apply in accordance with industry regulations.
