Job Description
We are a small, tightly knit team looking for passionate individuals and long-term partnerships. Glasswing is a design shop that specializes in clothing, plants, home goods, and art. Our goal is to use design and our space to bring people together, building community one relationship at a time. We're looking for kind, compassionate, and genuine people who are outgoing and well-spoken. Since we are a small team that is owner-operated, we need individuals who are able to multitask and are self-starters excited about collaboration. Candidates must have experience and a background in personal styling, selling, customer service, and clienteling. An ideal candidate has an interest in design and would be familiar with our brand assortment and designers. Plant care knowledge, passion, or interest is a plus but not required. Responsibilities Connecting with clients in-store with personal styling and in-store sales Focus on clienteling through genuine interactions Building and expanding client book with up to date info and follow-ups Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service Maintain outstanding store presentation and visual merchandising standards Assist with incoming shipments and daily floor restock Skills Good communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills Outgoing personality
