is a SEC-registered Investment Advisor and Broker-Dealer providing comprehensive financial planning and investment services to individuals and families. We are seeking a driven and client-focused Client Services Associate who is interested in pursuing a long-term career path toward becoming a Financial Advisor . This role is designed for individuals who want to build deep client relationships, develop planning expertise, and grow into a financial advisor over time. You will work closely with experienced advisors, gaining exposure to all aspects of wealth management while playing a critical role in delivering an exceptional client experience. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and their families Support ongoing client communications, service requests, and follow-up Financial Planning & Advisor Development Assist in the preparation and delivery of comprehensive financial plans and investment strategies Participate in client meetings and planning discussions to build advisory experience Develop knowledge of portfolio construction, retirement planning, and wealth strategies Operations & Client Service Execution Prepare meeting materials, financial reports, and client documentation Process client transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain organized workflows to ensure timely completion of client deliverables Business Development & Growth Support new client onboarding and relationship expansion initiatives Learn and contribute to business development strategies over time Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and enhance service offerings Client Engagement & Community Presence Assist with client events, seminars, and educational workshops Participate in local community and networking events in the Wheeling area Help promote the firm's brand and client service philosophy Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred Experience in financial services, banking, insurance, or a related client-facing role preferred FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) a plus or ability to obtain after 1 year at the firm Demonstrated interest in pursuing a career as a Financial Advisor Key Skills & Attributes Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and growth mindset Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Interest in financial markets, investment strategies, and client planning solutions Ability to learn and understand compliance standards and regulatory requirements Compensation & Career Path Competitive base salary: $50,000
