Responsibilities:

Look for, identify, and secure new clients to serve as a trusted advisor for crucial financial decisions Determine cash flow, income, financial status, financial goals, monetary assets and all other financial situations related to wealth management to help clients define and achieve their financial objectives Make strategic product, plan, and investment recommendations and financial advice to help clients reach their monetary goals Consider clients' life stage, professional circumstances, and changing financial needs when developing tailored financial plans to suit their needs Embrace the role of a structured yet coachable team player open to continued education and training from other team members Sell & Maintain Life Insurance & Annuities Sell & Maintain Assets Under Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients Provide tailored financial advice and solutions to clients Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing Continuously learn and apply new industry knowledge Collaborate with the team and share best practices Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and compliance documentation

Qualifications:

Valid FINRA Series 7 & 63/66 preferred but not required Basic understanding of the role of a financial advisor or financial consultant, as well interest in the financial industry and financial products is necessary Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, financial planning software, Google Suite, and other tools strongly preferred Superior communication, relationship building, and math skills to establish a strong foundation of customer service for all clients A required Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or similarly related field Active Life Producer License in your state of residence (Virginia or West Virginia) Proven ability to sell life insurance products and generate leads Excellent phone skills, with the confidence to reach out to new prospects and clients Business mindset with a strong drive to succeed and grow a personal business Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds Eagerness and willingness to learn and improve About Company At Cornerstone Advisor Group, we believe financial planning is about more than products
