Job Summary:
This position offers the opportunity to work closely with individuals, families, business owners, attorneys, and other professional advisors while helping clients achieve their financial, estate planning, and legacy goals. As a Trust & Wealth Management Officer, you will administer fiduciary relationships, provide exceptional client service, oversee investment management relationships, and contribute to the growth of our Trust & Wealth Management Department through business development and community involvement.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
Administer trusts, estates, conservatorships, investment management accounts, and IRAs Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, beneficiaries, attorneys, accountants, and other advisors Serve as a trusted resource for clients regarding fiduciary administration and wealth management services Coordinate and facilitate client meetings and presentations Monitor investment relationships and participate in account reviews Identify opportunities to grow trust and wealth management relationships Represent the Bank within the community and professional organizations Maintain compliance with fiduciary standards, regulations, and Bank policies
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Trust Management, or related field; or equivalent experience Three or more years of trust administration, estate administration, wealth management, banking, investment, or related experience Excellent relationship-building and communication skills Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications CTFA designation or progress toward certification preferred This is a Full-Time Position Hilltop Bank is an EEO Employer No established salary range
