Monday-Friday Role Overview:
BEPC is seeking a SR Pricing Analyst to support compliant pricing and proposal activities for U.S. and international government and commercial business. This role partners with business, finance, contracts, and customer teams to develop competitive, compliant, and value-driven pricing strategies that support revenue growth and margin expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 15/TINA compliant proposals for U.S. Government agencies, prime contractors, and non-U.S. Government customers. Sign 1411 coversheets for FAR Part 15 proposals, including final pricing certification. Support DCAA, DCMA, and prime contractor audits, fact-finds, and data requests. Contribute to business cases, competitive assessments, risk mitigation plans, and negotiation strategies. Provide pricing and negotiation support to customer business teams. Develop pricing recommendations for transactional spares and repairs as needed. Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Contracts, Program Management, Sales, and Operations. Support continuous improvement initiatives, productivity enhancements, margin expansion, and skill development efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related business discipline. 2.5+ years of direct government/defense experience, or 5+ years of related experience in pricing, finance, accounting, or business analysis. Strong knowledge of government pricing and procurement regulations, including FAR. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Proficiency with pricing/data analysis tools, Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and SAP or similar ERP systems. Strong written and verbal English communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Ability to travel up to 10%.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in cost accounting, pricing, finance, or marketing within a government/defense environment. Experience coordinating across teams and serving as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to create, analyze, and interpret financial models. Experience aligning pricing strategies with broader product or market strategies. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with a results-driven approach. Experience driving process improvements using Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
Contract Details:
This is a hybrid, 1st shift contract opportunity. New hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite Monday-Friday for the first 90 days. After the initial onsite period, the role will follow a hybrid work schedule.
