Life:
In the position of Pricing Supervisor, you will supervise and lead the quality control of direct reports. Responsible to execute and audit pricing programs within company guidelines and ensure consistent execution of department process.
The Impact You'll Make:
Develop, coach, guide team members. Ensure team members have tools and training to make fact-based decisions. Manage the tasks rotations, ensuring team workloads are manageable and each task is rotated among the team. Review and interpret supporting documentation to validate requests needing additional approvals. Ensure team and leadership are informed and in agreement. Ensure that directives and modifications are communicated to the team in a timely manner. Perform data analysis for routine data integrity checks related to pricing. Oversee the end-to-end processes for the entry of chain alerts and item authorizations into pricing related programs. Make recommendations on process improvements as needed. Provide accurate and timely reporting in monthly reports. Contribute billing information to strategic plans and reviews; implements production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolve problems; and identify billing system improvements.
Who You Are:
Bachelor's Degree in the field of - Business, Finance, or related field of study 5+ years of experience in accounting, billing environment Between 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory role
Computer Skills Desired:
