• What You'll Do
• + Analyze cost structures and develop detailed pricing for product quotes + Maintain and update manufacturing orders and costing systems + Support sales forecasts, pricing databases, and financial reporting + Prepare accurate cost data for government (Truth in Negotiations Act) proposals + Track and maintain contract documentation and compliance records + Identify pricing opportunities based on market trends and competitive intelligence + Deliver clear reports on pricing metrics, project status, and key findings + Partner with finance, operations, and program teams to support decision‑making + Support audits and revenue recognition processes + Present pricing recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, compelling way •What You Need•Skills & Abilities•+ Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills•_required_ + Advanced Excel proficiency•_required_ + Excellent written and verbal communication•_required_ + Ability to interpret and explain data to varied audiences•_required_ + Initiative and self‑motivation•_preferred_ + Ability to train or mentor others•_preferred_ •Experience & Education•+ 2-3 years preparing quotes or working with government cost proposals•_required_ + Experience in operations, aerospace, or engineering•_preferred_ + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field•_required_ •What We Offer•You'll join a collaborative, innovative engineering environment where your work helps bring next‑generation RF and microwave technologies to life.
