Job Description

PriMA Engineering Lead Location SFO/Rocklin, CA (Locals Needed) Hybrid 3-4 office. Long Term Contract Roll 2.PriMA Engineering Lead Mandate (Own Pricing Management Applications / Services and make pricing architecture, releases, and cross-domain alignment resilient and employee-led. Core Responsibilities
  • Lead PriMA platform strategy across pricing rules, service interfaces, publication flows, and downstream consumers.
  • Ensure pricing changes are accurate, explainable, observable, and operationally supportable.
  • Partner with Merch, PCS, and adjacent engineering team on planning, date quality, and release readiness.
~Drive technical direction, staffing transitions, and domain documentation so the team is not dependent on single contractors. Profile ~ 10+ years in software engineering with strong service-platform and data-flow design experience. = Comfort owning rule-driven systems, API and stakeholder-heavy releases. + Strong communication with business, architecture, and operations partners. Agentic Expectations ~ Adopt Al-assisted scenario analysis for pricing rule changes and release impact reviews. ~Automate documentation, dependency mapping, and regression risk Identification for PriMA changes
  • Use agentic copilots to accelerate backlog refinement and test coverage without losing pricing control integrity.
