Curious & Creative Hungry For Food & Results Entrepreneurial Forward Thinking & Flexible Supportive (Of Peers & Chefs) What you'll do: Develop and implement pricing strategies that maximize profit while ensuring competitive pricing Analyze customer and market trends to determine appropriate pricing Monitor and update pricing as needed to reflect changes in the market Develop and maintain pricing databases and systems Develop and maintain pricing guidelines and procedures Participate in pricing negotiations with customers, vendors, and suppliers Collaborate with other departments to ensure pricing accuracy and alignment with company goals Prepare pricing reports and analyses for senior management About you: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field 5+ years of pricing experience in a corporate environment preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks Knowledge of pricing tools and techniques The above job description is not an all-inclusive list of duties and standards of the position.
