This role owns the order-to-cash process, supports business development, and ensures alignment across sales, supply chain, operations, finance, and customer service. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in B2B sales, commercial operations, supply chain coordination, and account management within chemicals, manufacturing, or industrial markets. Direct Hire Opportunity in Atlanta (College Park), GA Fully onsite Salary Ranges $80K-$100K + 10% bonus potential and benefits package Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Develop and execute business development strategies to generate new revenue and expand market share Identify, qualify, and convert sales leads, prospects, and opportunities Manage and maintain a sales pipeline using CRM tools Drive growth across industrial, pharmaceutical, coatings, inks, packaging, and chemical markets Conduct market research, lead generation, and customer outreach Account Management & Customer Success Serve as primary account manager for key customers and strategic accounts Manage full customer lifecycle from prospecting through order fulfillment and after-sales support Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth Handle customer inquiries, order tracking, escalations, and complaint resolutions Order Management & Commercial Execution Own the order-to-cash (O2C) process, including quotations, purchase orders, order entry, shipping, and invoicing Ensure accurate ERP system data entry, order processing, and documentation management Coordinate with customer service, logistics, and operations to ensure on-time delivery Track open orders, backorders, and shipment status to meet billing targets Pricing Strategy & Margin Optimization Support and execute pricing strategy, price optimization, and margin management Conduct cost analysis including raw materials, freight, tariffs, and production costs Prepare and manage quotations, price lists, and pricing proposals Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with customers Monitor profitability, contribution margins, and revenue performance Cross-Functional Coordination Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, production, quality, and finance teams Align demand planning, inventory management, and production scheduling Participate in S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes Resolve supply chain issues, production constraints, and delivery risks Customer Service & Issue Resolution Manage customer service operations, including order accuracy and communication Lead complaint management and root cause analysis with quality and operations teams Ensure timely delivery of technical documentation (COA, SDS, TDS) Support customer audits, regulatory documentation, and compliance requirements Forecasting, Analytics & Reporting Support sales forecasting, demand planning, and inventory forecasting Analyze sales data, KPIs, revenue trends, and pipeline performance Generate reports using ERP, CRM, and Excel/data analytics tools Provide insights on market trends, pricing impact, and business performance Systems, Compliance & Process Improvement Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, or similar) Ensure compliance with pricing governance, contracts, and internal controls Improve process efficiency, order accuracy, and operational workflows Support continuous improvement initiatives across commercial operations Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Chemistry, or related field 5+ years of experience in: Sales operations / commercial operations Account management / B2B sales Supply chain or order management Experience in chemicals, manufacturing, or industrial markets preferred Preferred Qualifications Experience with specialty chemicals or regulated industries Knowledge of international trade, exports, or Latin American markets Familiarity with S&OP, inventory management, and supply planning Spanish bilingual preferred but not required All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
