Manager, Pricing Execution, Nutrition

Job Description Summary:

The Manager of Pricing Execution will support efforts to optimize The Coca-Cola Company's trade spend operations while ensuring accuracy in sales forecasting, maintaining the integrity of trade data, and contributing to cohesive market spending strategies. This role collaborates closely with Finance, Customer, and Broker Teams to execute analytical processes and establish routines that inform key business and operational decisions. What You'll Do for

Us:

Optimize Market Investments:

Assist in the implementation and tracking of non-merchandising market expenditures to maximize return on investment.

Annual Planning Support:

Collaborate with assigned customer sales teams to develop bottom-up annual volume and trade plans aligned with corporate objectives.

Performance Monitoring:

Support monthly volume and trade performance reviews with customer sales teams as part of corporate routines.

Training & Guidance:

Provide training and guidance to customer sales managers and brokers on corporate trade spending policies, market coherency guidelines, and merchandising best practices.

Data Analysis & Decision Support:

Analyze trade program investments to evaluate effectiveness, ensure strategic alignment, and provide actionable recommendations to sales and HQ Pricing Execution.

System Oversight:

Review and validate volume and trade program inputs in CAS and TPM systems to ensure accuracy and alignment.

Collaborative Problem-Solving:

Work with customer sales teams to identify and leverage in-year opportunities to address performance gaps and drive growth.

Digital Collaboration:

Use online tools to enhance communication, enable fast decision-making, and foster collaborative workflows.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Build strong relationships with Broker Sales Agencies to improve process efficiency and overall performance.

Strategic Alignment:

Develop a strong understanding of the assumptions shaping annual trade investments, pricing strategies, and merchandising plans to ensure consistent execution in the market.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Experience:

1-3 years of experience in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) volume and trade management.

Industry Knowledge:

Familiarity with the CPG industry, including customer management, planning, sales support, and performance management.

Trade Management:

Experience in creating, tracking, and evaluating price/package/promotional strategies to drive trade efficiencies.

Communication & Collaboration:

Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Analytical Thinking:

Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.

Prioritization Skills:

Capable of managing multiple priorities and balancing short-term needs with long-term goals.

Results-Oriented:

Demonstrates a focus on achieving objectives and delivering measurable results.
