We are supporting a lead consumer organisation that is investing heavily in its pricing and analytics capability. This is a great opportunity for an analytics leader who enjoys solving complex commercial problems, working with large data sets, and helping shape pricing strategy across multiple business units. The successful candidate will lead a small analytics team, partner with senior stakeholders, and use advanced analytics to improve pricing decisions, margin performance, and commercial effectiveness. Key Responsibilities Lead a small team focused on pricing analytics, commercial insight, and data driven pricing strategy. Apply advanced analytics to identify pricing opportunities across multiple product, customer, and business segments. Partner with senior leaders to understand business challenges and translate them into pricing recommendations. Build and improve pricing models, dashboards, reporting tools, and analytical frameworks. Work with complex data sets to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities. Support the development and execution of pricing strategies across different business units. Coach and develop analysts, helping improve technical capability and commercial understanding. Collaborate with cross functional teams including pricing, commercial, finance, operations, and technology. Present insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non technical stakeholders. Help create more scalable and automated pricing processes. Key Requirements 5 plus years of experience in analytics, ideally within pricing, revenue growth management, marketing analytics, supply chain analytics, commercial analytics, or data science. Strong technical experience using SQL, R, or Python. Experience working with complex data sets and turning analysis into commercial recommendations. Previous management experience or team lead experience. Strong communication skills with the ability to partner with senior business stakeholders.
