These individuals help businesses navigate complex tax regulations and optimise their tax positions. In transfer pricing at PwC, you will focus on providing guidance and support to clients on transfer pricing matters. In this field, you will help businesses establish and maintain appropriate pricing for transactions between related entities, maintaining compliance with tax regulations and minimising the risk of disputes. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member's unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. Address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate. Uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards (e.g. refer to specific PwC tax and audit guidance), the Firm's code of conduct, and independence requirements. The Opportunity As part of the Corporate Transfer Pricing team you are expected to lead the creation and implementation of impactful transfer pricing strategies. As a Manager you are expected to supervise, develop, and coach teams, manage client service accounts, and drive assigned client engagement workstreams by independently solving and analyzing complex problems to develop top-quality deliverables. You are also responsible for managing functional analyzes interviews, performing market studies, and strategizing on local-country tax authority transfer pricing audits. Responsibilities

- Foster meaningful client relationships and motivate team members What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Economics, Finance, International Business
- 4 years of experience
- CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity What Sets You Apart

- Proficiency in economic analyzes and global tax issues

- Experience with alternative fee arrangements and pricing strategies Travel Requirements Up to 20% Job Posting End Date The salary range for this position is: $99,000
- $266,000.
