Used Car Manager - High-Volume, Well-Established Dealer Group Are you a driven, high-energy automotive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment? We're a well-established dealer group looking for an experienced Used Car Manager who knows how to move metal, maximize gross, and lead from the front.

What You'll Do:

Take full ownership of used vehicle operations— inventory, pricing, merchandising, and turn Source high-quality vehicles through auctions, trades, and direct buys Stay ahead of market trends to ensure competitive and profitable pricing strategies Drive both gross profit and volume with a sharp eye on performance metrics Desk deals and close —you know how to get them bought Maintain organized processes and disciplined inventory management Collaborate with sales, service, and leadership teams to maximize results

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Used Car Manager in a high-volume store High-energy leader who sets the pace and holds the team accountable Strong organizational skills with attention to detail A closer —confident, decisive, and results-driven Expertise in vehicle sourcing and appraisal Deep understanding of market trends, pricing tools, and inventory strategy Track record of delivering strong gross and consistent volume
