A Day in the Life The Manager, P&C Operations Transformation Lead owns the execution‑focused transformation of the Pricing & Contracting Operations (P&C Ops) value stream within the broader P&C transformation program. The role translates P&C strategy and design into a standardized, controlled, and measurable execution model that improves speed, quality, and consistency while embedding controls and enabling global reuse. While initial deployments will occur in the United States, execution models must be designed from inception for scalability to outside the U.S. (OUS) without redesign, fragmentation, or incremental operational risk. The role operates as an integration and execution leader, ensuring alignment across parallel P&C initiatives, proactively managing cross‑functional impacts, and driving sustained adoption. The role defines and implements a scalable P&C Ops execution framework covering process standardization, system and tool usage, controls, governance, change adoption, and alignment to P&C value‑stream priorities and dependencies. Key Responsibilities 1. P&C Ops Execution Transformation Own the end ‑ to ‑ end transformation of P&C Ops execution, translating P&C transformation outcomes into a clear, sequenced roadmap with measurable performance improvements Establish standardized execution practices across core P&C Ops domains Define, baseline, and track execution KPIs related to cycle time, quality, rework, and exception recurrence 2. P&C Value Stream Alignment & Integration Maintain tight alignment with Pricing, Contracting, and other P&C initiatives to ensure execution remains consistent with upstream strategy and design decisions Act as the primary integration point between P&C Ops execution and the broader P&C roadmap, managing dependencies, sequencing, trade ‑ offs , and execution risk Proactively surface execution impacts, constraints, and risks to P&C value stream leadership to prevent downstream rework Partner closely with the P&C Ops PMO to ensure coordinated planning, governance, and delivery discipline 3. Cross ‑ Functional Impact Management Identify and manage impacts to non ‑ P&C functions connected to P&C Ops execution Ensure execution changes account for cross ‑ functional handoffs, data dependencies, control ownership, and operational readiness Collaborate with impacted teams to define roles, responsibilities, and transition plans as execution models evolve 4. System Simplification & Execution Enablement Define and drive strategies to simplify P&C Ops execution by reducing system and tool fragmentation across the end ‑ to ‑ end execution landscape Evaluate execution touchpoints to eliminate redundancy, minimize manual re ‑ entry , and reduce exception ‑ driven workflows Establish clear principles governing system and tool consolidation, regulatory or operational exceptions, and execution complexity controls Ensure execution designs enable automation to be built once and reused, avoiding parallel or duplicative downstream automation 5. Scalability by Design (US OUS) Design execution models with scalability as a core principle by distinguishing globally reusable components from locally variable requirements Ensure the U.S. execution model serves as a reference pattern that can be adopted by OUS regions without redesign Define readiness criteria for OUS adoption across process, systems, data, controls, and performance metrics 6. Governance, Controls & Adoption Embed control requirements, audit considerations, and evidence standards directly into execution design Establish governance forums and operating rhythms to support execution decisions, risk management, and escalation Drive adoption through structured change management, role ‑ based training, communications, and readiness assessments to ensure sustained execution and benefits realization Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 5 + years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3 + years of relevant experience. Proven track record leading execution ‑ focused operational transformations, serving as a pragmatic change agent in complex, cross ‑ functional, global environments Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and evolving priorities while maintaining execution stability, making targeted, well ‑ communicated plan adjustments rather than frequent course changes Strong capability to work across business, operations, and technology teams, with disciplined dependency, risk, and downstream impact management Proven experience simplifying operating and execution models, including rationalizing systems, tools, and handoffs to reduce fragmentation and increase clarity and speed Strong analytical and operational mindset, with hands ‑ on experience defining and using KPIs and execution metrics to drive continuous improvement Proficiency with standard planning, process, and collaboration tools (e.g., Visio, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Jira or equivalent), combined with strong systems and automation acumen to support scalable, sustainable process digitization and standardization Nice to Have Experience in pricing, contracting, or commercial / P&C operations environments Experience operating within a value ‑ stream or product ‑ aligned operating model Experience with workflow, automation, or orchestration initiatives requiring standardization at scale Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery models in an operational or transformation context Flexibility to collaborate across global teams and time zones For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
