Job Description:
We're looking for a hands-on Commercial Excellence Lead to strengthen the execution of key Commercial Excellence processes across our Packaging Technologies business. This role will support the execution of defined workstreams including performance reporting, sales process discipline, forecasting cadence, and pricing analysis. This role brings structure, consistency and commercial depth while engaging the overall Commercial Excellence agenda to effectively scale. Reporting to the Commercial Excellence Program Manager, this position is based in our Charlotte, NC, office. Commercial Performance & Reporting Support data preparation, dashboards, and performance reporting Maintain and improve commercial KPIs (sales, margin, pipeline) Provide structured insights to support decision-making Forecasting & Pipeline Execution Support and drive forecasting cadence and pipeline reviews Ensure data quality and consistency in CRM (Salesforce) Identify and follow up on pipeline risks and gaps Sales Process & CRM Discipline Support consistency in sales processes and opportunity management Drive CRM usage, data quality, and reporting accuracy Ensure alignment between process, tools, and reporting outputs Commercial Excellence Enablement (Execution Focus) Support rollout and adoption of CE processes and tools Provide targeted enablement on sales processes and technology usage Reinforce cadence and adherence to defined practices Pricing & Commercial Analysis Support pricing analysis, deal reviews, and margin tracking Provide visibility on price realization and discount behavior Contribute to improving pricing discipline and transparency
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations/Revenue Operations, Pricing/Commercial Analytics Proven history of hands-on experience with: Forecasting and pipeline management; Pricing or revenue analysis; Sales process and CRM (Salesforce preferred) Experience in a B2B commercial environment (industrial, chemical, or manufacturing preferred) Advanced Excel skills required Power BI or Tableau experience preferred CRM systems experience necessary, Salesforce preferred
