About the Job Opportunity As a Pricing Analyst on the Maintenance Contract Services team, you will support the pricing and quoting of service and maintenance agreements that help healthcare providers reduce downtime and optimize operational performance. This role partners closely with Sales, Operations, and Pricing leadership to deliver accurate, competitive, and data-driven pricing decisions. You will analyze maintenance contract submissions, support pricing strategy execution, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the Maintenance Contract Services organization. Pricing & Margin Management; Financial Analysis) Review and evaluate maintenance contract submissions to support pricing decisions Build customized service contract quotes aligned to pricing guidelines and business strategy Analyze contract details, financial assumptions, and service coverage requirements Support competitive pricing decisions that align with customer and business needs Cross-Functional Collaboration & Sales Support (Sales

  • Stakeholder Management) Collaborate with Sales Representatives and Sales Management to structure pricing proposals Communicate pricing information and service coverage details to internal and external stakeholders Support clarification and resolution of contract or pricing questions Partner across teams to ensure accurate and timely quote delivery Operational Support & Data Integrity (Finance & Accounting•Data Integrity & Reporting; Process Excellence) Reconcile pass-through service contracts and support data validation activities Maintain accurate pricing records and documentation Support data entry, reporting, and quality review processes Ensure compliance with pricing standards, internal policies, and operational procedures Continuous Improvement & Team Contribution (Business & Process Excellence•Continuous Improvement) Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the Pricing team Participate in departmental meetings and collaborative planning sessions Support special projects and evolving business initiatives Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability What You'll Bring Your Background Bachelor's degree required; Business, Finance, Math, or related field preferred Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail Ability to interpret contracts, pricing data, and financial information Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Preferred Experience in pricing, financial analysis, contracts, or operations support Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or B2B environments Exposure to ERP or CRM systems Experience working cross-functionally with Sales or Operations teams Who We Want to Meet Act Like an
