Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Pricing Analyst to support strategic pricing decisions for a manufacturing operation in Greensboro, North Carolina. This role evaluates market activity, customer demand, and product performance to shape pricing approaches that strengthen competitiveness and growth. The position also partners closely with Sales and internal stakeholders to refine pricing direction, improve analytical methods, and provide leadership within the pricing function.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze competitor activity, industry conditions, and demand patterns to recommend pricing approaches that align with business goals.
- Assess product and service performance to identify growth opportunities and deliver market-based pricing insights.
- Work closely with Sales teams to develop, review, and adjust pricing strategies for changing market conditions.
- Build and maintain pricing models that support accurate analysis and informed decision-making across the business.
- Use reporting and analytical tools to interpret complex data sets and present actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Guide pricing operations by applying established policies, improving procedures, and supporting process consistency.
- Provide direction to team members within the pricing function and contribute to oversight of daily work execution.
- Support departmental planning through analytical input that may influence budgeting, strategic priorities, and procedural enhancements.
