In this role you will lead a small team in developing and implementing industry-leading pricing strategies for an ecommerce-based supply business. This is a 100-% in-office position with a starting salary of $65,000 - $75,000, a total benefits package, and an employee focused culture with an amazing variety of perks! Responsibilities include but not limited to: Lead and manage pricing strategy across 10+ ecommerce channels, optimizing for revenue growth, profitability, and market competitiveness Supervise and develop a team of two Pricing Analysts, driving data-informed decisions on sales velocity, competitive positioning, and inventory performance Analyze large, complex datasets to identify pricing opportunities and implement profit-maximizing adjustments across product catalogs Build and enhance analytical dashboards (Excel, Google Sheets, Google Data Studio) to streamline reporting and support real-time decision-making Monitor daily margins, pricing trends, and competitor activity to ensure consistent and accurate pricing across all platforms Forecast demand and pricing for key SKUs and product lines to support inventory planning and peak-season performance Track and evaluate marketplace metrics and compliance requirements while identifying strategies to reduce underperforming inventory Collaborate cross-functionally and leverage strong ecommerce knowledge (Amazon, eBay, Walmart) to align pricing strategies with broader business goals Experience with ERP and ecommerce tools, including NetSuite (custom saved searches) and platforms such as Cart.com Expert knowledge of ecommerce pricing strategies with a focus on Amazon knowledge is required Working knowledge of logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and purchasing processes Ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis to support data-driven business decisions 2 + years of leadership directing workflow to team members is required Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
