Job Description

Role Overview We are seeking an LTL Pricing Analyst to support both day-to-day pricing execution and broader pricing strategy. This role will balance quoting responsibilities with analytical work focused on improving pricing models, margins, carrier opportunities, and overall performance. The ideal candidate is analytical, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with direct exposure to leadership and carrier partners. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain LTL pricing models and rate tables within our TMS Support sales with timely, competitive pricing for quotes and customer accounts Work directly with carriers on pricing opportunities, lane strategy, and rate discussions Analyze carrier costs, lane performance, and market pricing trends Help identify opportunities to improve margins and pricing strategy Ensure pricing accuracy across systems and customer quotes Build reporting and visibility into pricing and carrier performance Qualifications Background in logistics, transportation, pricing, or an analytical role preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with Excel required; SQL or similar tools a plus Familiarity with TMS platforms preferred Strong communication skills and ability to build working relationships with carriers and internal teams Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment What We're Looking For Proactive and detail-oriented, with a mindset for continuous improvement Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to changing priorities Able to communicate effectively with both internal leadership and external carrier partners This role offers significant opportunity for growth so being curious, motivated, and eager to expand within the role in important
