The Opportunity We're looking for a Pricing Manager who can own and elevate our pricing strategy across the organization. This is a high-impact, highly visible role partnering with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Executive Leadership. You won't just analyze numbers—you'll shape strategy, influence deals, and directly impact margin and growth. What You'll Do-Drive Pricing Strategy Build and manage pricing models across contract, spot, and bid freight Lead pricing strategy for RFPs/RFQs with a focus on winning profitable business Continuously refine pricing based on market trends, cost drivers, and performance Turn Data into Decisions Analyze pricing performance, margins, and win/loss data using Power BI and Excel Develop dashboards and reporting that provide real-time visibility into pricing effectiveness Identify gaps between projected vs. actual margins—and fix them Partner Across the Business Work directly with Sales on deal structuring and pricing strategy Collaborate with Operations to understand cost drivers (capacity, fuel, routing) Align closely with Finance to ensure pricing supports financial targets Improve & Standardize Establish pricing governance, controls, and approval thresholds Drive consistency in pricing methodologies across the organization Identify and implement process improvements that increase speed and accuracy Stay Ahead of the Market Monitor freight market trends, competitor pricing, and economic indicators Provide leadership with actionable insights on market positioning What You Bring- Experience 5+ years in pricing, financial analysis, or logistics/transportation Background in freight brokerage, intermodal, or supply chain strongly preferred Technical Expertise Advanced Excel (modeling, pivots, data analysis) Experience with Power BI or similar analytics tools Familiarity with TMS platforms like McLeod Software Core Strengths Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy Business acumen and confidence working cross-functionally High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and execution Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment What Success Looks Like Improved gross margins and pricing accuracy Higher bid win rates with strong profitability Measurable revenue growth tied to pricing strategy Faster turnaround times on pricing requests Why Join Us?
