Job Type:
Full-time, Temp-to-Hire Position Summary We are seeking a highly analytical professional to serve as a Senior Pricing Analyst. This role is critical to growth strategy, supporting the attainment of new business while ensuring strict adherence to financial goals. You will act as a key liaison between the Solutions team, Leadership, and Field Operations, providing expert-level analysis and identifying pricing risks to ensure profitable and competitive business wins.
Primary Responsibilities Regional Pricing Support:
Manage and execute pricing assignments for the US market supporting all product lines including Dedicated Transportation.
Strategic Analysis:
Provide experience-based analysis to Senior Leadership. Identify pricing risks, explain standards, and present alternatives to close expense recovery gaps in customer proposals.
Workflow Management:
Complete complex pricing assignments and maintain the department workflow to meet tight business deadlines.
Process Improvement:
Continually measure new business activity and identify opportunities to improve and streamline the pricing process.
Standards Maintenance:
Monitor, update, and validate pricing standard factors within departmental templates to ensure accuracy.
Special Projects:
Support Product Line research and special initiatives as directed by leadership.
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, (Cost) Accounting, Finance, or Supply Chain Management (Required). Master's Degree or equivalent work experience (Preferred).
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel.
Analytical Experience:
Proven ability to analyze financial data, identify risks, and present recommendations to leadership.
Collaboration:
Excellent communication skills for cross-regional collaboration and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment Onsite Requirement:
