MANTECH seeks a creative, motivated, and outcome oriented Director, Commercial Pricing Strategy to join our team in Herndon, VA. This is a newly aligned position designed to focus on the intersection of modern commercial technology adoption and no-fail national security missions. Driven by unprecedented growth and our expanding portfolio of advanced, tech-enabled national security solutions, ManTech is scaling its leadership team. You will lead high-impact proposal pricing efforts, optimize our competitive market positioning, and guide executive leadership through complex financial structures for large-scale, strategic captures. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Drive the integration of commercial pricing practices and models (SaaS, consumption, hybrid) into large strategic procurements, typically > $50M.. Provide executive strategic pricing counsel to line leadership to craft impactful approaches to improve proposal win probability. Revamp Green Team presentations to streamline and inform strategic decisions early in the capture process. Author tailored cost volume narratives that demonstrate the strategic value, completeness, realism and reasonableness of price proposals in a dynamic competitive environment. Elevate the commercial pricing skill level and fluency of line staff to deliver value at the speed of mission.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field with 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in federal and commercial proposal pricing. Significant experience managing large pricing teams and overseeing complex financial strategies for procurements valued over $50M. Expert knowledge of commercial pricing techniques and familiarity with non-traditional acquisition pathways, and traditional federal government contract types.. Demonstrated experience developing and delivering streamlined executive-level pricing presentations to senior leadership. Proven track record of authoring compelling, compliant, and competitive price volume narratives that drive growth. Experience maintaining corporate estimating systems and directly interfaces with
DCAA/DCMA
during system reviews.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) designation. Experience with advanced financial modeling and automated pricing tools used across the defense contracting industry. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to mentor staff and drive organizational change.

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
