Insurance Pricing Leader Selby Jennings Richmond, VA We're partnered with a dynamic, high-growth insurance organization that has a true "start-up feel" within a well-established platform. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-moving environment where you'll gain unmatched exposure, work closely with senior leadership, and have a direct impact on the company's continued growth and success. The firm offers fully remote flexibility, with the option to work in-person from their offices in Richmond, VA or New York City if preferred. They are currently expanding their Long-Term Care (LTC) business and launching new products, creating a critical need for an Insurance Pricing Leader. This individual will play a key strategic role, leading pricing and product development initiatives across life, annuity, and LTC products.
