Job Description

Overview This is a hybrid role - 2 days remote and 3 days in the Malvern, PA office. CubeSmart is seeking to hire a Pricing Analyst to join the Revenue Management team at our corporate office in Malvern, PA. The Pricing Analyst team is responsible for setting and updating prices for storage units at CubeSmart's 1,500+ self-storage locations across the country.

Responsibilities CubeSmart is a leader in the development and deployment of innovative pricing and analytical techniques, both within the self-storage industry and more broadly. The Pricing Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the Revenue Management function by analyzing data, implementing pricing strategies, and optimizing performance to enhance profitability across all store locations. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data analysis, and a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior. The Pricing Analysts collaborate closely with each other, stakeholders throughout hCube, and with field operations to ensure that revenue management initiatives align with business goals.
Responsibilities:
Optimize revenue by identifying and implementing dynamic pricing strategies based on market conditions, store-specific characteristics, and seasonal demand fluctuations Track key metrics to ensure revenue management strategies are effective and deliver desired results and react accordingly Prepare and present detailed reports on revenue performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives Assist in identifying and developing new products, improving existing products, and integrating additional features that provide value to customers Analyze competitor strategies to inform and adjust company pricing and revenue management tactics Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor pricing, and promotional activities Monitor supply trends and market share and assist in adjusting revenue management strategies to enhance competitive positioning Work closely with field teammates to identify local insights, update them on revenue management strategies and performance and ensure alignment with business goals Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field 2-5 years of experience in data analysis, pricing, or revenue management Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools Demonstrated critical thinking and decision-making skills, with attention to detail Ability to create clear reports, present data effectively, collaborate well with cross-functional teams, and influence others to support data-driven decisions Flexibility to adapt to new tools, processes, and industry knowledge, with a commitment to continuous learning We are an Equal Opportunity Employer, Minority/Female/Veteran/Individuals with Disabilities/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity #LI-MT1
Qualifications:
