POSITION TITLE
Pricing Strategist
LOCATION
Cambridge, MA (Hybrid) This position reports to our global HQ in Cambridge, MA and is hybrid with 2-3 days onsite. Travel is expected domestically and internationally when needed.

Who We Are Looking For:
TriNetX is seeking a dynamic and strategic Pricing Strategist to develop pricing models and target pricing across our products and solutions. They will be responsible for analyzing competitor pricing matched with market expectations to determine the ideal target price for products of the business. Duties include providing thorough analytical breakdowns of pricing structures and sales funnels of similar competitor products and services and identifying specific strategies used in pricing models of the same. This role will report into our SVP, Solutions and Product Management.
What You Will Be Doing:
Conduct competitor analysis of comparable products and services to facilitate informed decision-making Explore opportunities informed by current market trends and industry conditions Determine optimal pricing models and effective sales funnels, leveraging various frameworks Develop strategic pricing plans to drive revenue growth and increased profitability, including creating financial models to assess the financial impact of various pricing scenarios on revenue, margin and profitability Prepare reports detailing metrics, project status, objectives, and potential obstacles, including monitoring the financial performance of implemented pricing strategies, analyzing actual outcomes against projected results Clearly communicate insights to relevant company stakeholders Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to establish product pricing structures Respond to team members' concerns regarding proposed pricing suggestions What You Bring to
TriNetX:
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, Finance or related field 4-6+ years of experience working in the pricing domain in the life sciences, health tech, or real-world data sector Proven track record of recommending pricing schemas, evaluating the financial performance of implemented pricing strategies, and necessary adjustments as needed Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to communicate the pricing rationale and implications persuasively to stakeholders across functions Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities and a collaborative mindset, including experience collaborating with finance, sales, operations and marketing teams Strong functional expertise in pricing frameworks and models
