Job Description The Senior Manager, VAS Sales Tools is a senior individual contributor responsible for hands‑on ownership and configuration of the

platform supporting Value-Added Services (VAS) organization. This role serves as the functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for PROS CPQ, partnering closely with Sales Operations, Pricing & Deal, Product, and Technology teams to ensure accurate, scalable, and compliant pricing and quoting execution. Key Responsibilities

Configuration & Functional Ownership Act as the lead
PROS CPQ
configuration SME for VAS Configure and maintain product catalogs, pricing models, and quoting logic to support approved sales motions and commercial policies. Own functional design decisions and ensure CPQ configurations scale across products, regions, and complex deal structures. Pricing, Quoting & Deal Enablement Configure and support complex pricing scenarios, including tiered pricing, bundles, fixed fee pricing, upsell, renewals and POCs/free trials. Ensure CPQ outputs accurately reflect commercial intent, contract structure, and booking metrics. Partner with Pricing and Finance to align CPQ logic with approved pricing frameworks and controls. Quote Outputs, Approvals & Workflow Support configuration and validation of quote templates, approval workflows, and notification flows. Ensure CPQ workflows comply with governance, approval, and audit requirements. Support CPQ‑related enablement of document generation and eSignature workflows where applicable. Operational Support & Issue Resolution Provide senior‑level functional support for CPQ, including issue triage, root cause analysis, and resolution planning. Act as an escalation point for complex CPQ issues impacting pricing accuracy, approvals, or deal execution. Drive preventive improvements by identifying recurring issues and optimizing configuration or processes. Requirements & Agile Delivery Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Partner with technology teams through backlog refinement, sprint planning, UAT, and release validation. Lead functional testing and support user acceptance testing for CPQ changes. Documentation & Knowledge Leadership Maintain documentation of CPQ configurations, pricing rules, and operational procedures. Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales Ops, Deal teams, and Technology on CPQ capabilities and limitations. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. Qualifications Basic Qualifications 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD Preferred Qualifications 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD Minimum 8 years of overall professional experience in Sales Systems, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related enterprise systems roles. Minimum 5 years of hands‑on
PROS CPQ
configuration experience in an enterprise environment. Deep functional expertise in pricing, quoting, and CPQ workflows. Proven experience configuring complex pricing and deal structures. Strong experience translating business requirements into CPQ configuration and Agile delivery artifacts. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex CPQ issues. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders. Experience supporting CPQ alongside enterprise CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics). Experience supporting global, multi‑region sales models. Background in VAS, payments, financial services, or complex B2B environments. Familiarity with bookings and AANR‑style sales metrics. U.S. Applicants Only The estimated salary range for this position is $149,800.00 to $ 240,100.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.

Work Hours Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
