Job Description
A great UHY client is seeking a Transfer Pricing Manager to support global transfer pricing operations within a large, complex multinational organization. This role will focus on transfer pricing compliance, process improvement initiatives, documentation support, and coordination across a highly decentralized global environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong transfer pricing expertise along with the ability to operate independently within a fast-paced and evolving organization. The Transfer Pricing Manager role is a fully remote contract opportunity expected to last approximately 4-5 months. Preference is for candidates located within the Eastern or Central time zones. Transfer Pricing Manager Responsibilities Support global transfer pricing compliance and operational initiatives Complete Country-by-Country Reporting (CBCR) notifications for new entities Assist with process mapping, SOP development, and process improvement projects Review and support royalty charge activities between global entities Coordinate with external advisors on transfer pricing audit requests and documentation Help organize and improve transfer pricing department workflows and processes Support reporting and analysis across a complex multinational entity structure Assist with ad hoc transfer pricing and international tax projects as needed Transfer Pricing Manager Requirements 10+ years of transfer pricing experience Experience working within large, complex multinational organizations Strong understanding of global transfer pricing compliance and documentation Experience supporting process improvements, SOPs, and operational enhancements Ability to work independently with minimal oversight Comfortable operating within fast-paced, evolving, and less structured environments Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Public company and/or Big 4 experience preferred UHY Advisors' Resource Solutions Group provides clients with accomplished professionals to support finance, accounting, internal audit and tax teams.
