1196-383 • Full-Time/Regular Core4ce is seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized Strategic Pricing Analyst to support new business opportunities across the US Federal Government. In this role, you will develop compliant, competitive, and data-driven pricing models for federal opportunities, ensuring alignment with FAR/DFARS, company policies, and solicitation requirements. Reporting to the Vice President of Contracts & Compliance, you will collaborate closely with the growth, technical and other functional teams. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines and thrives at the intersection of finance, contracts, and strategy.Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed cost and price proposals in response to RFQs, RFPs, OTAs, CSOs, IDIQ task orders, GWACs, and other federal opportunities. Build and maintain pricing models, cost volumes, and basis-of-estimate (BOE) documentation. Assist the technical teams with building Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) Interpret solicitation requirements related to pricing, cost realism, cost reasonableness, and allowable cost principles. Analyze labor categories, rates, escalation, indirect rates, materials, subcontractor costs, and other inputs to create accurate and compliant proposals. Coordinate with Contracts, Capture, Program Management, Human Resources, and Technical Teams to gather pricing inputs and assumptions. Perform cost/price analyses, including "should-cost" modeling and competitive price assessments. Support the development of negotiation strategies and participate in fact-finding, clarifications, and audit requests. Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, CAS, and company policies on cost estimating relationships. Organize pricing files and maintain documentation for audit readiness and internal controls. Contribute to pricing process improvements, templates, and best practices. This position is designed to be flexible, with responsibilities evolving to meet business needs and enable individual growth.Desired Qualifications:
2+ years of pricing, cost analysis, or financial analysis experience—preferably in federal government contracting. Strong understanding of FAR Part 15, cost principles, and federal acquisition pricing practices. Experience leading price/cost volume development in complex RFP responses. Experience pricing DoW/DoD and IC RFPs. Advanced proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and modeling. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced proposal environment. Experience pricing Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Time and Materials (T&M), cost reimbursable type contracts. Familiarity withDCAA/DCMA
audit expectations and cost estimating standards. Knowledge of indirect rate structures and pricing strategies Prior experience with Deltek Costpoint Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).
