FP&A Analyst Bryce Corporation - 3.1 Memphis, TN Job Details 10 hours ago Qualifications Microsoft Excel Productivity software Full Job Description Responsible for identifying and understanding costs associated with producing goods sold by the Company in order to create optimal, but competitive, pricing structure(s) for such product(s) and related product mix that align with the Company's strategic profitability goals Develops and prepares sales proposals and presentations for existing customer base and prospective customers Responsible for analyzing competitor pricing and understanding market trends in pricing Assists sales team in effectively in loading new business and managing existing business, which includes, but is not limited to: Adjustments related to market and non-market related movements associated with materials used in production of goods New item entry Responsible for analyzing customer profitability and performance and identifying exceptions and outliers Analyzes profitability and performance results to identify more efficient production methods, processes, product "mix" etc. Collects and analyzes sales projections, converts projections into machine demand capacity and requirements Assists Senior Manager with FP&A Planning processes, as requested Reviews and analyzes records, reports and directives and confers with other managers to obtain data required for planning activities Performs other related duties, as required All employees are responsible for reporting food safety and quality issues to those that can initiate action. This position interacts directly with the Company's Senior Management and Ownership teams, therefore utmost professionalism is expected Ability to effectively interact with diverse personalities; tactful, mature, flexible Effective in completion of multi-faceted projects, in addition to completion of daily tasks Ability to think analytically Ability to anticipate the needs of our Company and customers, as well as react and pivot in times of un-anticipated circumstances Ability to establish credibility and be decisive while recognizing and supporting the Company's overall strategic goals Experience with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft office programs Education and Exp Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Math/Science, or Economics, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience One to two years of working experience, preferably in a corporate environment Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus Experience with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft office programs
