This role oversees pricing strategy, systems, data, and team development—ensuring accurate, efficient, and scalable pricing operations across the business. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop the Pricing team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture Own pricing strategy, governance, and execution aligned with company margin and sales goals Build and standardize pricing processes (quotes, contracts, rebates, and pricing data) Establish KPIs and reporting to improve performance (margin, quote speed, accuracy, etc.) Drive automation and system improvements (Salesforce, ERP, BI tools, Excel, AI) Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, IT, and Purchasing Ensure pricing accuracy, compliance, and rebate optimization Act as the escalation point for complex pricing decisions and customer impacts What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in pricing, finance, or revenue management 2+ years of leadership experience managing and developing teams Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency Experience building processes, SOPs, or improving workflows Ability to translate data into actionable insights and business decisions Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications HVAC or wholesale distribution experience Experience with Salesforce (CPQ preferred), Infor CSD, or BI tools (Phocas) Background in rebate programs, contract pricing, or distribution pricing models Exposure to automation tools (Power Query, Power Automate, AI tools) Lean/Six Sigma or process improvement experience Why Join Team Air?
