$22-$27 per hour (Depending on Experience) About the Role We are a locally owned, high-volume print shop seeking an Office, Production & Pricing Manager to oversee front-office operations, pricing approvals, and daily production priorities. This role is central to our operation, handling approximately 70-75 jobs per week with a team of three production employees. Every job flows through this positionfrom customer intake and pricing to scheduling, billing, payroll, and production coordination. The ideal candidate is self-sufficient, organized, and confident in making daily operational decisions. Training will be provided for our industry-standard pricing software.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service, Order Entry & Pricing Serve as the primary point of contact (phone, email, and walk-in customers) Enter and manage job orders, specifications, pricing, and deadlines Approve job pricing using industry-standard pricing software Apply pricing guidelines consistently and accurately Communicate pricing and timelines clearly to customers Balance customer satisfaction with company profitability Production Scheduling & Priority Management Schedule and track 70-75 jobs per week Set daily production priorities for a team of three employees Monitor workflow and adjust schedules to prevent bottlenecks Coordinate closely with production staff and ownership Accounting & Payroll Manage accounts receivable (invoicing, payments, follow-ups) Manage accounts payable (vendor bills and expenses) Process payroll accurately and on time Maintain organized financial and job records Office & Operations Management Maintain job tickets, schedules, and tracking systems Support smooth daily shop operations Identify and implement workflow improvements Act as the central operational hub of the business Qualifications Required Experience in office management, operations, or production coordination Strong organizational and prioritization skills Ability to learn and use software-based pricing systems Experience with accounts payable/receivable and payroll Strong attention to detail and sound judgment Ability to work independently and make decisions Preferred Experience in a print shop or manufacturing environment Familiarity with scheduling or job ticket systems Experience with bookkeeping or accounting software Compensation & Growth Starting pay: $22-$27/hour (based on experience) Training provided for pricing software Performance-based reviews and raises Opportunity for long-term leadership growth
