What to Expect Tesla isseekinga motivated and detail-oriented Program Manager to join the Energy Service Engineering team. The Service Engineering Teamis responsible forthe overall health and performance of all Energy Products deployed in the field - frominitialservice readiness through end-of-life. In this role, you will own the parts pricing lifecycle and parts process strategy for all Tesla Energy products. Parts are the backbone of field service - when pricing is wrong, partscan'tbe ordered; when processes break down, technicianscan'tdo their jobs. You will be the single point of accountability for ensuring every serviceable part hasaccuratecost data, correct pricing in our systems, and a clear path from engineering release to field availability. This is a high-impact, operationally intense role that touches finance, supply chain, service operations, and engineering. You will build and improve the systems and processes that connect part creation to field consumption - and you will see the direct impact of your work every time a technician can (orcan't) order the right part at the right price. What You'll Do
Own end-to-end parts pricing for all Tesla Energy products. Manage daily price escalations, resolve missing or incorrect pricing, andmaintainpricing coordination with finance for all current and upcoming energy models - including Megapack, Powerwall, Supercharger, and Wall Connector product lines
Develop and execute a comprehensive parts strategy spanning benchmarking, pricingmethodology, process optimization, channel planning, andlogisticsalignment across internal and external service organizations
Drive resolution of cost data gaps. Lead the effort toestablishaccurateStandard Cost and Manual Cost Table entries for energy service parts, working with finance and supply chain to close the 8,000+ parts currently lacking cost data
Manage thepartsdata lifecycle from engineering release through field availability - ensuring part numbers, descriptions, pricing, and SBOM entries areaccurateand complete in Warp, SCA, and related systems
Identifyand resolve system gaps across the Barker Warp SCA toolchain. Partner with software and operations teams to drive fixes for pricing propagation failures, missing cost definitions, and non-standard PO type handling
Support new product launches by ensuring parts pricing and availability areestablishedbefore field release. Coordinate with NPI, supply chain, and service readiness teams to prevent launch-day parts gaps
Enable new revenue streams through CSP Tools and Spare Parts programs by tracking part numbers, quantities, and pricing to ensureaccuratecustomer billing
Define and track key performance indicators forpartsprocess health - including pricing coverage, escalation resolution time, cost accuracy, and order-to-fulfillment metrics - and report progress to leadership
Act as the subject matter expert for energy service parts processes, driving best practices, quality standards, and continuous improvement across the parts ecosystem What You'll Bring
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or equivalent experience
5+ years of relevant experience in one or more of the above; 8 years preferred
Demonstrated ability to independently lead cross-functional programs and drive process improvement at scale
Strong Excel / spreadsheetproficiencyfor data analysis, pricing models, and reporting
Strong communicationand presentation skills to diverse audiences and levels
Experience with Jira and Confluence for work tracking and documentation
Familiarity with BOM structures, part numbering conventions, andchangecontrol processes
Experience with ERP, MRP, or parts management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
SQLproficiencyfor data mining and analysis - a strong advantage
Travel:
