  • Together we can fuel the future The Senior Commercial Accounts Manager, Lease Crude, is responsible for managing commercial activities and originating crude oil supply across the West Texas region.
This role owns the development and execution of lease crude purchasing strategies, including identifying and securing supply opportunities at the wellhead. The position focuses on cultivating strong producer relationships, assessing market conditions, and negotiating commercial agreements to optimize value across the crude portfolio. As the primary commercial interface for assigned customers, this role partners cross-functionally with Operations, Trading, Legal, and Finance to execute transactions and deliver commercial outcomes aligned with business objectives. What You'll Do Manage and develop a portfolio of producer and supplier relationships across the West Texas region to support lease crude origination activities. Prospect and capture new lease crude supply opportunities at the wellhead to expand market share and strengthen the crude supply portfolio. Develop in-depth knowledge of crude oil market structure, regional supply dynamics, and pricing fundamentals through strong industry relationships. Deliver customer-centric commercial solutions while monitoring producer performance, volumes, and contract economics to ensure supply targets are met. Build partnerships and collaborate closely with internal teams including Operations, Gathering, Logistics, Legal, FP&A, and Commercial to execute crude supply strategies. Serve as the primary commercial interface for producers and counterparties, coordinating across internal stakeholders to facilitate crude purchasing and delivery. Identify, negotiate, and execute long-term lease crude supply agreements, including supporting pricing strategies and contract terms in partnership with Commercial and Trading. Identify and lead initiatives to improve crude origination processes, efficiencies, and commercial execution, maintaining accountability for outcomes. Conduct financial and economic analysis related to crude purchasing, including deal evaluation, volume forecasting, and regional strategy development. Analyze market data, supply trends, and competitive activity to assess changes in crude markets and communicate insights to stakeholders for timely decision-making. What You'll Bring
  • Required Legally authorized to work in the United States High School Diploma or GED equivalent Valid driver's license 5 or more years of energy industry and/or account management experience Intermediate or greater proficiency with Microsoft Excel Willing and able to travel up to 15% of the time What Makes You Stand Out
