This role drives accuracy and efficiency across pricing, promotions, vendor profiles, and system integrations while directly influencing how Maverik stores operate every day. You'll oversee Maverik's PDI Pricebook system, ensuring precise execution, cross-functional alignment, and continuous improvement that supports Maverik's operational excellence and growth.

Location/Schedule:

This role is based at our Salt Lake City Headquarters (Base Camp) with a 4-day hybrid in-office schedule (one day remote each week).

Position Summary & Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

This position oversees Maverik's Pricebook operations and leads a team responsible for maintaining pricing accuracy, product setup, and cross-departmental system integration.

• Lead the Pricebook team in developing, maintaining, and executing Maverik's PDI Pricebook.
• Hire, train, and coach team members to ensure operational excellence and professional growth.
• Establish and continuously improve Pricebook SOPs to ensure alignment with company standards and best practices.
• Partner cross-functionally with Category Management, IT, Accounting, Inventory, and Operations to support accurate pricing, vendor profiles, and rebate accruals.
• Collaborate with In-Store Pricing to ensure price execution and optimization across all stores.
• Serve as the primary liaison for store profiles, ensuring accurate site traits, product authorizations, and store attributes.
• Drive innovation, efficiency, and accuracy across Pricebook processes and supporting systems. You'll be a great fit for this adventure if you have:
• 5+ years of experience in retail information systems, price book, merchandising, rebates, or accounting.
• 1+ year of people leadership experience , with proven ability to develop and motivate a team.
• Experience with ERP or POS retail systems , and the ability to translate data and process needs into action.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills , with experience working cross-functionally to align priorities and solve problems.
• Ability to drive accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement within complex systems and processes.
• The Maverik Spirit - you're a clear communicator, team player, and problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Bonus points if you also bring:
• Experience working with PDI or PDI Pricebook systems.
• A bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Exposure to category management, accounts payable, or inventory management.

Compensation & Benefits Pay Range:

$92,000-$105,000/year + DOE and Bonus Opportunities The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Maverik considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
