Job Description Sway Vacation Rental Management is a boutique luxury short-term rental company managing 45+ high-end vacation homes across the greater Scottsdale area. We're looking for a detail-oriented, reliable person to visit our properties and document everything about them. No prior experience required. We'll train you on everything, including the software we use (Breezeway). If you're organized, observant, and comfortable using a smartphone app, you can do this job. What You'll Do Visit assigned properties across the greater Scottsdale area Walk each home and document key property details in our app, including things like: Location of the electrical panel, water shutoff, and Wi-Fi router Number of bedrooms, beds, and bathrooms TVs, ceiling fans, remotes, thermostats, and appliances Pool equipment, garage access, and anything else a guest or technician might need to know Take clear photos and notes so our team can support guests remotely Assist with occasional special projects — for example, an upcoming project resetting smart lock hubs at each property (full training provided) Perform property inspections as needed Schedule This is sporadic, project-based work — not a fixed weekly schedule. Some weeks may have several property visits; other weeks may have none. This role is ideal for someone who wants flexible side income and can respond to work requests within a reasonable timeframe. You'll typically have advance notice and flexibility on when you complete visits. What We're Looking For Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (gas reimbursed) Smartphone with the ability to use apps and take quality photos Strong attention to detail Self-directed and trustworthy — you'll be working independently inside luxury homes Responsive communication (text/phone) Located in or near the Scottsdale / Phoenix metro area Nice to Have (Not Required) Experience in hospitality, real estate, property management, or field service work Compensation & Perks $22-$25/hour depending on reliability and availability Gas reimbursement for travel between properties Paid training Flexible, work-when-needed schedule Opportunity for more hours and responsibility as we grow (we're actively scaling) How to Apply Submit your application through Indeed.
