Job Description

About The Role:
As a
CBRE VAS
Property Tax Consultant, you will meet the property tax needs of CBRE's clients assigned including appeals and estimates.
What You'll Do:
Act as the primary client interface for daily operations. Communicate with taxing authorities related to appeals. Attend property tax valuation hearings as appropriate. Properly communicate with client regarding appeal recommendations. Review properties assigned to evaluate whether the property assessment value should be appealed. Prepare and complete property valuation appeals. Develop new ways in which to more efficiently review and appeal property values. Support the preparation of billing. Develop ideas targeting areas for new revenue. Maintain proper state property tax agent licensing. Mentor team members as needed to support clients' needs.
