Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Inspector to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting properties to ensure they meet safety, maintenance, and quality standards. Your keen eye for detail and proactive approach will help maintain the integrity of our properties and uphold our commitment to exceptional service. Duties Conduct comprehensive, compliance inspections of residential properties in the San Joaquin County, identifying maintenance issues, safety hazards, and compliance concerns Document inspection findings accurately using digital tools or reports, highlighting areas needing attention Verify that property conditions align with lease agreements, community standards, and safety regulations Collaborate with property manager to prioritize repairs and follow up on unresolved issues Perform routine checks on landscaping, pest control measures, and general property upkeep Ensure all inspections are completed efficiently within scheduled timeframes Maintain detailed records of inspections, repairs, and follow-up actions for accountability, specifically documenting processes and maintaining records of move-in inspections, move-out inspections, and health & safety inspections Skills Strong knowledge of property maintenance, landscaping, pest control, and general repair techniques Experience with property management software and office equipment Excellent observational skills with an eye for detail in assessing property conditions Valid driving license and proof of automobile coverage Effective communication skills to document findings clearly and collaborate with property managers If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for property management and customer service, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity!
Pay:
$20.00 - $28.00 per hour
